Sol Chattoway is an awesome blogger, who can make picture so alive and full of emotions. I'm a huge fan of her works, she always know how to create the best scene and make her avi look alive. Her work is flawless and I think she is one of the best blogger/photographer in SL.
So I asked her "What's your favorite outfit in SL, and why ?"
A fun fact most people don't know is that I am obsessed with pajamas and loungewear - so much so, a few years back I owned a little venue called Dormir - a lounge where the only rule was you *had* to wear pajamas and loungewear.
Dormir was a sweet dream that ended too soon - but my love for pajamas and loungewear continued to persist. That is why when Aurelia invited me to showcase my favorite outfit in SL, I had to choose Lunar's latest release, Sati, a 2 piece romper/short and cami set with a shrug to complete the look. Sati is lovely because it can either be dressed up or down, for lounging around the town or an extra sexy date. Like most things Lunar creates, Sati comes with varying opacities so you can show as little (or as much ;) ) as you dare. The details with Lunar's releases, the ruffles, the fallen straps, are all details that really enhance this outfit. I love thigh high stockings as well, so I paired Sati with Lunar's Moth stockings that were released earlier this year. I wear them with Maze thighs because I always love using SL to embrace my thiccness in both worlds. In general, pieces that can be sweet or sexy stay in rotation as I lounge at home because that's my essential aesthetic: soft girl vibes with a spicy secret or two.
As for hair, I love Tram hair. Tram does an amazing job at conveying motion which I love not just from a blogging standpoint but also a fashion standpoint. Tram's hairs tend to stand out in a very good way. For some reason when I wear a Tram hair I love wearing it darker than my trademark red. Switching it up is fun!
Daily accesories for me include my Avaway initial chain (it's rigged! I love rigged jewelry) and my wedding ring from Ysoral. I love things that can be personalized with names or initials so I have a few of Avaways items in rotation. Lately to glam up at home, I wear a custom tennis choker my good friend Sliye of Rhyme nor Reason made for me for my wedding as I was lamenting about the lack of dainty, sparkly collars in SL.
I think I go light on tattoos, but they are layered from different places. I wear tattoos daily from Ladybird, and Alba. I rarely change them, but I'm in the process of sketching out a tiny custom one.
As for makeup, I tend to keep it pretty basic and natural, but lately I've really enjoyed Warpaint's Understated Eyeshadow from the Illusionist set. I also really love Goreglam's lip glosses because they've got the right amount of glitter that I love.
